Islamabad: Federal finance minister Muhammad Aurangzeb stated that reforms are needed to make in Federal board of revenue (FBR). End to end digitalization is mandatory to prevent from tax leakages.
According to the details, Muhammad Aurangzeb was addressing in a ceremony of tax excellency award regarding the digitalization.
Federal Finance minister said that digitalization is not only for transparency and increase in tax but also necessary to make trust of taxpayers on FBR.
He added that the time has passed to give subsidies to different businesses now the focus should be to increase in exports. Government’s job is to provide policy frame work, consistency in policies and equally distribute the energy in everything.
