Liaqat Baloch says CJP play role for courts’ freedom
It is the killing of law and constitution by taking the judges according to one’s own will under pressure.
Lahore: Jamaat-e-Islami’s (JI) Naib Ameer Liaqat Baloch stated that chief justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa play role for court’s freedom.
According to the details, Liaqat Baloch was talking to media regarding the importance of court’s freedom in the country.
He said that the country can run only when the orders of Quran, Sunnah, law and constitution should be accepted. The Qadianis are not accepting the verdict of Quran and Sunnah. Hence the Pakistan’s policy makers, state and constitutional institutions should accept this thing.
JI’s Naib Ameer also said that in our country no law can be run on the basis of secularism. The implementation should be done on laws and constitutions because the verdicts of Quran and Sunnah are most holy thing for every Muslim.
“A letter has been presented to CJP by the six judges. Pakistanis wanted to address that letter without any delay. Judges will be giving verdict without any pressure then this will be in favored of millions of Pakistanis,” Liaqat Baloch remarked.
He added that a reference has also come against chief justice Qazi Faez Isa. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan had admitted that the reference was sent in pressure. It is the killing of law and constitution by taking the judges according to one’s own will under pressure.
