Pervaiz Elahi’s bail plea fixed for hearing on May 2
The bail should be approved in the case of recruitments in Punjab assembly.
Lahore: The Lahore high court (LHC) has fixed former chief minister Punjab Pervaiz Elahi’s bail plea for hearing in the anti-corruption case on May 2.
According to the details, justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry will be hearing on the bail plea of Pervaiz Elahi on May 2.
It is stated in the petition that the anti-corruption court dismissed the post bail arrest opposite the facts. The bail should be approved in the case of recruitments in Punjab assembly.
It should be noted that earlier the court had canceled the bail plea of Pervaiz Elahi on March 27.
