Govt earmarks Rs3.4tr under National Finance Commission in annual budget
The government has allocated an amount of Rs3,412 billion under the National Finance Commission (NFC).
Under the NFC award, the new award is finalized for sharing of federal divisible resources between the Centre and the provinces.
The 10th NFC was constituted in May 2020. According to the budget document, Balochistan will get Rs313 billion under divisible pool.
Punjab will recieve Rs1,691 billion, Sindh Rs848 billion and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will get Rs559 billion.
