As ATC judge Arshad Javed was on leave, therefore, the case could not proceed

Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Friday has extended the bails of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Dr Yasmin Rashid, Umar Sarfraz Cheema and others.
Anti-Terrorism Court of Lahore heard the bails of Dr Yasmin, Umar Sarfaraz, Ejaz Chaudhary and Mian Mahmood-ur-Rashid in four cases related to the May 9 tragedy.
As ATC judge Arshad Javed was on leave, the case could not proceed and the court extended the bails and adjourned the hearing till June 12.
It is pertinent to note that a case has been registered against the accused in Gulberg, Model Town, and Naseerabad police station.
