Rawalpindi: The third day of the first test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh has started and the batting of the visiting team continues.

 At the end of the second day, Bangladesh scored 27 runs in response to Pakistan's 448 runs and now Bengal Tigers have scored 35 runs for one wicket.

Zakir Hassan scored 12 runs and fell victim to Naseem Shah, whose catch was taken by Rizwan behind the wickets.

Second Day

On the second day of the game at the Pindi Stadium, the Pakistan team advanced the innings by 158 runs for the loss of four wickets. Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel scored the third century of their respective Test careers while batting responsibly.

Saud Shakeel played a brilliant innings of 141 runs while Mohammad Rizwan scored 171 runs not out.

Apart from this, Saim Ayub scored 56 runs, Abdullah Shafiq two, captain Shan Masood six, Babar zero, Salman Ali Agha scored 19 runs while Shaheen remained unbeaten by scoring 29 runs.

Pakistan declared the innings by batting 141 overs, scoring 448 runs for the loss of six wickets.

Sharifal and Hassan Mehmood took two wickets each for Bangladesh.

First Day

On the first day of game, Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bowl and took advantage of the new ball to dismiss Pakistan's opening three players early.

 However, Saim Ayub and Saud Shakeel's half-centuries improved Pakistan's position.

Pakistan team lost four players on the first day of the game. The first wicket of the national team fell for a total score of three when Abdullah Shafiq returned to the pavilion for two runs, then the second wicket fell for a total score of 14 by captain Shan Masood who scored 6 runs.

The national team suffered its third loss in the form of Babar Azam who got out after facing 2 balls, followed by young batsman Saim Ayub who was dismissed for 56 runs.
