London: The train and tube fares in London have been increased by more than 4.5 percent.
According to foreign media, the administration has dropped an inflation bomb on train travelers.
Media reports said that train and tube fares in London have been increased by more than 4.5 percent, after which the daily fare limit of transport for London will increase by 50 to 70 pence depending on the zone.
The fare for traveling as many times as you want within an hour by bus and tram will remain same at £1.75 and this will be implemented from March next year.
In this regard, London Mayor Sadiq Khan said that the money generated from the increase in fares will be invested in Transport for London services.
