Nation celebrates founder Jinnah’s birth anniversary with enthusiasm today
Special events will be held across country, including Karachi, on the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam
Karachi: The birth anniversary of the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, is celebrated with traditional fervor and enthusiasm on Wednesday.
Today is a public holiday across the country on the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, and government and non-government organizations will arrange special events.
Special events will be held across the country, including Karachi, on the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam. The day will begin with a gun salute in the federal and provincial capitals.
On the occasion of Pakistan's founder's birth anniversary, the change of guards’ ceremony will be held at the Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum, and a smart contingent of the Pakistan Military Academy Kakul will assume the duties of guards there.

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Governor Sindh Kamran Tesori, Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah, the provincial cabinet, Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab, and other senior civil and military officials and important personalities will attend the Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum and offer Fateha.
These personalities will pay tribute to the Quaid-e-Azam for his services.
On the other hand, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of the Pakistan Army, Services Chiefs have paid tribute to the Father of the Nation.
According to the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), the forces pay tribute to the vision and unparalleled leadership of Quaid-e-Azam. The tireless struggle of the founder of Pakistan united our people.
The ISPR says that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah laid the foundation of an independent and sovereign Pakistan, reiterating the unwavering commitment to the principles of unity, faith, and discipline of Quaid-e-Azam.
