According to the details, justice Shakeel Ahmed and justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah heard this case.


Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered to remove former speaker of national assembly and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Asad Qaiser’s name from Exit Control List (ECL).
According to the details, justice Shakeel Ahmed and justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah heard this case.
The court declared this order which was given on June 23 to include Qaiser's name in the ECL as unconstitutional.
Asad’s lawyer Moazzam Butt stated that Qaiser was a former speaker of national assembly and He was going to Saudi Arab to performe Umrah but the officials stopped him.
Justice Asad Ullah inquired that on which date Asad’s name has been included in the ECL. Moazzam Butt replied that on June 23 Qaiser’s name had included in ECL.
Justice Shakeel Ahmed questioned that is he now appointed as a member of national assembly. Asad’s lawyer answered that yes, he is a member of national assembly and also a senior politician.
However, the PHC ordered to remove Asad’s name from ECL immediately.
