“PM received the ‘threatening’ letter on march 7. Why he remained silent for three weeks”
Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shahbaz Sharif on Friday said that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s narrative of accountability has lost its worth.
While addressing a press conference, Shahbaz Sharif severely criticized the Premier and said that wise enemy is better than fool friend and same is the case with Imran Khan.
While lashing out at Pakistan-Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief, the PML-N President said that Prime Minister Imran Khan received the ‘threatening’ letter on march 7. Why he remained silent for three weeks, he questioned.
The PML-N chief said that dozens of cases were filed against opposition but not a single one has been proved. He added that revenge is being taken in the name of accountability from last four years.
Shahbaz said that expensive electricity is being produced through expensive furnace oil in the country. He said that mega corruption scandals were executed under the nose of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The PML-N President said that Britain’s crime agency interrogate us an later after two years concluded that nothing has been found against us. “Me and my son were interrogated for two consecutive years,” he regretted. Shahbaz said that Britain’s crime agency checked record of last 15 years.
The PML-N chief said that corruption scandals of sugar, wheat, medicine and gas were emerged during the tenure of PTI government but not a single reference has been referred to National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Shahbaz Sharif said that our ties with other countries has been affected badly due to the Prime Minister’s worst foreign policy. Now Imran Khan is saying that it is international conspiracy.
The PML-N chief said that Prime Minister Imran Khan claims that he stopped drone attacks in Pakistan but in reality he did nothing in this regard. “Nawaz Sharif fought case of Pakistan against drone attacks at all platforms
