The federal government has challenged the decision of the single bench LHC.

Lahore: The federal government Monday challenged the verdict of Lahore High Court (LHC) to make the details of Toshakhana gift public, GNN reported.
According to details, the federal government has challenged the decision of the single bench LHC, where an appeal had been filed through the Additional Attorney General.
A two-member bench of Lahore High Court comprising Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan and Justice Raza Qureshi will hear the government's appeal today.
Earlier on March 22, the single bench of LHC had ordered to release the details of Tosha Khana gifts from 1990 to 2001.
Justice Asim Hafeez had remarked that no person can own a gift from tosha khana without paying the amount dedicated to the gift, adding that, “According to article 19 and 19(A) of constitution it is right of every citizen to have access to the information”.
