There is possibility of increased casualties as four injured have been reported in critical condition.


Gojra: In an unfortunate incident, seven people have been killed while 15 sustained the injuries when van cylinder exploded as truck collided with a van in Gojra, GNN reported.
According to details, the van was moving from Dharamkot area of Toba Tek Singh and rammed into a truck traveling from Samundri to Faisalabad.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot soon after getting the information of the incident.
Rescue officials shifted the injured to nearby hospital for quick treatment. There is possibility of increased casualties as four injured have been reported in critical condition.
The dead bodies have been affected badly due to burn as five of them are unidentifiable.
Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab Mohsin Raza Naqvi expressed sorrow over the incident. He directed best medical facilities to the injured.
Mohsin Naqvi summoned report from commissioner and Regional Police Officer (RPO) stating that the responsible driver will be held accountable.
