US denies accusations of PTI Chief
Matthew Miller added that Pakistan's political affairs have nothing to do with America.
Washington DC: US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller denied the accusations of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against US stating that they have already said that the allegations of PTI chief are false.
According to details, during his press briefing the spokesperson stated: “We are in touch with Pakistan on basic and important issues like human rights, protection of journalists, democracy and democratic values and rule of law in Pakistan on a priority basis”.
Matthew Miller said: “Journalists should be allowed to work freely in Pakistan, the role of independent media is important in democratic societies”.
He continued to say that the matter of Pakistani politics is for the people of Pakistan, they have to make their own decisions according to the constitution.
