PTI suspends six leaders' party membership
The members include Haji Shaukat Ali, Mujahahid Maitalah, Nadia Aziz, Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Nadia Aziz and others.
Lahore: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) suspended the basic party membership of six more party leaders on Sunday.
The members include Haji Shaukat Ali, Mujahahid Maitalah, Nadia Aziz, Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Nadia Aziz and others.
Earlier last week, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ceased the basic party membership of former defence minister and former Chief Minsiter KPK Pervez Khattak for not ‘giving satisfactory reply about inciting PTI members to leave party’.
The termination letter was sent by PTI Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan "with reference to the show cause notice" that was given to Pervez Khattak last month.
The termination letter claimed that "Pervez Khattak have not provided a satisfactory reply within the given time frame regarding approaching party members and encouraging them to leave the party."
Khattak's basic membership in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), according to the notification, has been revoked.
