San Francisco: Elon Musk's social media platform Twitter's giant glowing ‘X’ logo has been removed from its San Francisco headquarters.
According to details, the City Building Department had received 24 complaints from citizens that the very bright and large X sign on Market Street was causing trouble and it affects privacy.
Earlier, the new Twitter logo on building had caused trouble for people leaving nearby. The Building Inspection Department had planned an investigation after receiving complaints.
The bright, twinkling Giant X on the roof of the Market Street headquarters in San Francisco was also lighting up homes.
While the residents were not happy, first it sounded like lightning then police sirens. People complained that it is frightening and affecting the privacy.
San Francisco building inspectors said it violated the rules.
