Lahore: Bushra Bibi, wife of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan Monday filed a bail appeal in the Lahore High Court (LHC) in the fear of her possible arrest.
According to details, federation, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) have been made parties in the petition filed in the Supreme Court.
The position has been adopted in the petition that being the wife of former prime minister, my husband is being targeted for political revenge.
She stated that NAB, FIA and other institutions including the Punjab Police have registered baseless and illegal cases. After which, now I am also being subjected to political revenge.
Bushra Bibi pleaded in her bail plea that no case or inquiry was pending against me before June 2022, details of secret cases, inquiry, investigation registered since June 2022 should be provided.
