LHC seeks response on plea to ban kite flying
The applicant stated that the people are dying day by day amid kite flying.
Lahore: The Lahore high court (LHC) has sought response from parties on plea to ban kite flying.
According to the details, justice Ahmed Nadeem Arshad heard the plea of a citizen Munir Ahmed. In the plea including Punjab government and others have made parties in it.
The applicant stated that the people are dying day by day amid kite flying. The government is completely failed to overcome the kite flying.
It is pleaded in the petition to impose complete ban on kite flying and the metallic rope. The orders should be issued for the appropriate legislation regarding kite flying.
Later then the court sought response from Punjab government and others on the plea.
