The Lahore High Court granted interim bail to Fawad Chaudhary in the Zille Shah murder case


Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday approved the pre-arrest bail of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhary in the Zille Shah murder case.
According to the details, Justice Anwar-ul-Haq Pannu of LHC heard Fawad Chaudhary's interim bail application.
During the hearing, the public prosecutor took the stand that Fawad is accused of hiding the facts, the former federal minister did not tell the state that Shah faced an accident by a person's car.
Justice Anwar-ul-Haq inquired if the charge against Fawad Chaudhary is bailable. On which the public prosecutor said that yes, that charge is bailable.
Later, the Lahore High Court granted interim bail to Fawad Chaudhary in the Zille Shah murder case.
