After hearing the arguments of the parties, the Islamabad High Court reserved its decision on Imran Khan's bail application

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday reserved its verdict on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan's bail plea in 190 million pounds case.
Chief Justice IHC Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the bail application of Imran Khan in the £190 million reference.
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Special Prosecutor Amjad Parvez argued that the money should have come to the government of Pakistan. On which Justice Aemer Farooq asked if he was saying that the money was obtained from crime.
Justice Tariq Jahangiri said, “You don't have any documents for this, all are verbal statements. Earlier, we asked if you have the order of freezing or de-freezing. You said you don't have any of these documents. Do you have any evidence of out-of-court settlements”?
Justice Tariq stated that you should only talk about what you have evidence while Chief Justice Aamer asked that the question is very simple, I don't understand why you are not answering it, you have already answered it in your documents.
NAB Prosecutor Amjad Pervez said that the Supreme Court has written in the order that this money belongs to the State of Pakistan. The Supreme Court has declared that the money was wrongly sent to the account of the Supreme Court. The East Recovery Unit told the Prime Minister its success in securing this amount. According to the documents, the money could not be transferred without the permission of the National Crime Agency.
Justice Jahangiri asked what will be said about the money transferred before the note given to the Prime Minister? On which NAB Prosecutor Amjad replied that this money was transferred after the confidentiality was dead, Imran Khan was the head of East Recovery Unit.
The judge stated that the money is not written in the confidentiality deed that the amount will be credited to the Supreme Court's account, to which Amjad Pervez replied: “I have re-read the confidentiality deed after bringing it to the attention of this court. This confidentiality deed was a big fraud. The Recovery Unit was directly subordinated to the Prime Minister”.
After hearing the arguments of the parties, the Islamabad High Court reserved its decision on Imran Khan's bail application.
