Cylinder explosion in Hyderabad, death toll rises to six
The fire was brought under control for which five fire brigade vehicles took part in the operation
Hyderabad: The number of people killed in an explosion in a gas cylinder shop in Hyderabad has increased to six while 52 people were injured due to burns.
According to the police officials, yesterday there was an explosion in a gas cylinder shop in Pretabad area of Hyderabad, after which a fire broke out. Several people were also burnt due to the fire and were shifted to the hospital.
Initially, it was reported that the cause of the cylinder explosion was not ascertained, the actual reasons will be determined in the investigation itself.
After the incident, the fire caused by the cylinder explosion was brought under control for which five fire brigade vehicles took part in the operation. The cylinder explosion engulfed four houses around.
