Canberra: A massive technical failure has occurred in IT services around the world. Bank service, media, and business affairs have been affected by the technical failure at Microsoft.
A technical glitch occurred in Australia's IT service that suspended internet services partially. The flights were disrupted, and passengers faced problems due to missing data.
The Australian authorities stated that IT services have not been affected by a cyber-attack, but a technical problem with third-party software has affected IT services around the world.
Due to the IT service being affected, the flights in the United Kingdom were affected. The services of the British broadcasting organization ‘Sky News’ were suspended. The BBC's website was also affected repeatedly. The railway services in the United Kingdom were also affected due to the IT service being affected. Because of technical fault, the London Stock Exchange is also facing problems.
The flights at the Berlin airport in Germany were delayed due to technical problem. Microsoft said in a statement that measures are being taken to deal with the situation.
