The PTI leadership has constituted a committee for organising public protests.


Islamabad: In an apparent move to give tough time to the PML-N government, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) has intensified efforts to hold a series of public protests starting from Islamabad on September 8.
Sources said that the PTI would hold the first public meeting at the Sangjani area in the federal capital followed by a series of public meetings in other cities of the country. The party will conduct its power show in Kirk city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on September 12 and in Lahore on September 20.
On Wednesday, PTI founder Imran Khan had indicated protests against real freedom, returning of the public mandate and independence of the judiciary.
