Decision reserved on plea regarding transfer of Ramzan Sugar Mill reference
NAB prosecutor said the reference should be transferred to anti-corruption court


Lahore: The Accountability Court has reserved its decision on the application related to the transfer of Ramzan Sugar Mill reference.
Accountability Court judge Zubair Shahzad Kayani heard the petition against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz regarding the transfer of sugar mills reference. Prime Minister's representative Anwar Hussain appeared in the court.
During the hearing, a request for a one-day attendance waiver of former Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz was filed, which was approved by the court.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor said that the reference should be transferred to the anti-corruption court, for which there is no objection.
The court reserved the decision on the request regarding the transfer of Ramzan Sugar Mill reference.
