No region of the world is immune to the deadly Coronavirus while the number of patients and deaths continues to rise during the third wave of Corona.

According to the latest statistics, the number of people infected with the coronavirus worldwide has reached 184,434,951, while the death toll from this deadly virus has risen to 3,989,175.

Around the world, 1,16,57,688 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospitals, quarantine centres and in isolation at home, of which 78,948 are in critical condition and 168,688,088 COVID patients are in good health. 

The United States, with a population of over 330 million is ranked among the top 10 countries in terms of coronavirus cases and for deaths—is still number one with 621,255 people succumbed to the virus so far. 

The total number of those who fell ill has reached 34.588 million.

In the United States, 4,879,500 patients with coronavirus are being treated in hospitals, quarantine centres and in isolation at home, of which 3,798 are in critical condition and 29,087,421 corona patients have been cured so far. 

India, a country with a population of over 1 billion, has the second-highest number of coronavirus cases, with 42,015 deaths and 35,45,433 cases. 

Brazil ranks third in the list of countries with the highest number of coronavirus cases, but second only in terms of deaths, with the deadly virus killing 523,699 people. The number of infected patients reached 187.42 million.

The total death toll from the coronavirus outbreak in France has risen to 111,152, with a total of 5,783,654 cases reported so far.

The total death toll from the coronavirus in Russia has climbed to 137,925, while the number of its patients has risen to 5,610,941.

The death toll from the coronavirus in Turkey has ascended to 49,874, while the number of cases has escalated to 5,440,368.

The number of deaths due to the coronavirus in the UK has grown to 128,207, while the number of cases has levitated to 4,879,616.

The death toll from the coronavirus outbreak in Argentina has grown to 95,594, with 4,526,473 confirmed cases so far.

The Coronavirus has claimed 18,314 lives in Colombia, with 4,324,230 cases reported so far.

Italy ranks 10th on the list with 127,637 deaths from the coronavirus with 4,262,511 total reported cases.

Saudi Arabia ranks 44th on the list with 7,863 deaths from the COVID so far, while the number of corona patients in the kingdom has reached 491,612.

The first case of the coronavirus was reported in China, a country with a population of over 1.43 billion. China has reached the 101st position on the list, with 91,847 COVID-19 cases and 4,636 total deaths. 

During the third wave of coronavirus, Pakistan ranks 29th on the list of corona patients. 

The number of COVID cases in the country has increased.

According to the National Command and Control Center (NCOC), there have been 1,228 more cases of the coronavirus in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, with 29 more people losing their lives in the face of the deadly epidemic. 

A further 897 patients were cured, while the rate of positive cases rose to more than 2.5 per cent.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus across the country has reached 22,408, while the total number of corona patients has reached 962,313.

A total of 32,621 patients are being treated for coronavirus in hospitals, quarantine centres and homes across the country, of which 1,875 are in critical condition, while a total of 97,284 patients have been cured so far. 

In the last 24 hours, 47,832 more citizens tested positive for the coronavirus in the country, while a total of 147,333 corona tests have been conducted so far.

In the last 24 hours, 288,295 people across Pakistan have been vaccinated against the coronavirus, while a total of 17 million corona vaccines have been administered so far.
