PTI founder is seeking bail in eight cases, and the court's decision is awaited

Islamabad: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of the bail plea of the PTI founder till tomorrow.
The bench also comprised Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Shafi Siddiqui. During the hearing, PTI founder's lawyer Salman Safdar presented his arguments before the court. However, the Chief Justice pointed out that he could not read the documents submitted, upon which the court adjourned the hearing until 11:30 tomorrow.
The court directed both parties to review the documents and submit any additional documents today. "Whichever party has to submit any document, do it today," Chief Justice Yahya Afridi remarked. The Chief Justice also emphasized that the prosecution side should review the documents submitted by the accused.
The PTI founder is seeking bail in eight cases, and the court's decision is awaited. The hearing will resume tomorrow, and the outcome is expected to be crucial for the PTI founder.
