Dhaka Test: Pakistan's Sajid Khan takes 6 wickets

Dhaka: Pakistan took six wickets to put Bangladesh on the back foot after declaring their first innings on 300-4 on the fourth day of the rain-hit second Test against Bangladesh at Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla national cricket stadium on Tuesday.
Bangladesh have scored 65 runs losing six wickets after 19 overs in reply of Pakistan’s 300 runs in the first innings.
Pakistan spinner Sajid Khan took five wickets among those six as the other out was a run out.
Bangladesh's both openers Mahmudul Hasan Joy and Shadman Islam went back to pavilion within nine overs. Later Skipper Mominul Haque also got out as he was run out in the 11th over.
Earlier, Pakistan have declared their first innings on 300 runs losing four wickets after 98.3 overs.
Pakistan resumed the day on 188 for 2 with Babar Azam batting on 71 and Azhar Ami on 52.
Earlier today, the game started late on the fourth day due to bad weather. There was a game of at least 86 overs.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that the match of day four of the second test between Pakistan and Bangladesh was delayed due to wet out field.
PCB said that rain triggered by a weakened cyclone washed out the third day of the second Test between Bangladesh and Pakistan in Dhaka on Monday.
Match officials called off play at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium at 2:00pm, with no chance of the weather improving for the day.
Only 63.2 overs of play were possible over the first two days with Pakistan reaching 188-2 in their first innings, with skipper Babar Azam batting on 71 not out alongside Azhar Ali, 52 not out.
Taijul Islam picked both wickets to fall at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.
Pakistan lead the two-Test series 1-0 after winning the first Test in Chittagong by eight wickets.
