New York: Interim Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar attended the 78th opening session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Tuesday.
According to a press statement from the PM Office Media Wing, the premier will represent Pakistan at the high-level debate on the Global Development Initiative and speak to the attendees.
Additionally, he will speak at a high-level meeting on the Sustainable Development Goals. On the fringes of the meeting, PM Kakar is anticipated to have meetings with Presidents of Turkey and Iran, Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi and Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
