The response from Rana Sanaullah came before the official announcement of the results.
On other hand, PTI leader Barrister Gohar Khan claimed that they would be able to form governments in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as well as in the center.
Earlier, The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday directed the provincial election commissioners, returning officers to ready and announce the results within next 30 minutes.
The ECP also warned that it would take strict action against them if the results were not announced within half an hour.
The commission in its statement made it clear that the results being run on the TV channels were not issued by the commission itself.
Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja who reached the commission office said that the results announced by the commission would be acceptable.
