Appeals against Imran's sentence in Cypher, Tosha Khana, Marriage cases
The Official Secrets Act Court sentenced the former Prime Minister in the cypher case on January 30.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-INsaf (PTI) Friday filed appeals in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the conviction of PTI founder Imran Khan in Cypher, Tosha Khana and Illegal Marriage cases.
According to the details, appeals were filed in the Islamabad High Court against the punishment of the PTI founder in the Cypher Case by the Official Secret Act Court and the Tosha Khana cases by the Accountability Court.
The Official Secrets Act Court sentenced the former Prime Minister in the cypher case on January 30, while the accountability court sentenced the Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana case on January 31.
Imran Khan's lawyer Latif Khosa said that they have filed appeals against the sentence of founder PTI in the Cypher and Tosha Khana cases in the High Court while the appeal in the Iddat case has been filed in the Sessions Court.
