Ali Muhammad Khan to move court against 'X' shutdown

Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan has decided to approach the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the shutdown of social networking website X in Pakistan.

Ali Muhammad Khan said in a statement that today is the fourth day of blocking the social media platform 'X' and he is going to challenge this dictatorial act of the fascist government as a lawyer in the IHC because this dictatorship is not acceptable.

PTI leader added that the freedom of expression is a basic human right, in the modern age these last century tactics of dictatorship are not going to work.

‘Shutting down the internet or social media platforms is not the solution to the problems; the people's mandate should be returned to the people. It has to be done, the people will speak the truth, let the truth come out,; he continued to say.
