Armaghan’s criminal past uncovered during interrogation in Mustafa Amir murder case
Armaghan has been previously arrested by police and ANF, and over six cases have been registered against him

Karachi: In the case of Mustafa Amir, who was murdered by a friend in Karachi, significant revelations have emerged during the interrogation of the prime suspect, Armaghan.
According to the investigative authorities, Armaghan has been previously arrested by the police and ANF (Anti-Narcotics Force), and there are over six cases registered against him, including terrorism, attempted murder, and drug trafficking.
Authorities state that Armaghan has cases registered against him at various police stations, including ANF, Darakhshan, Sahil, Gizri, and Boat Basin, with these cases spanning from 2019 to 2024.
Officials revealed that Armaghan was running an illegal software house and call center at his home in Gizri. Through the software house and call center, Armaghan scammed millions of dollars from foreigners. He also set up dozens of digital currency accounts for digital currency manipulation.
According to authorities, before his arrest, Armaghan deleted the data from all the laptops in his home and resisted arrest by fighting with the police for four hours to clear the laptops.
It is noteworthy that during a raid in recent days, Armaghan shot and injured two police officers, including a DSP (Deputy Superintendent of Police).
It is pertinent to mention here that the prime suspect in Mustafa Amir's kidnapping and murder, Armaghan Ghazi, was arrested on February 8 after a police encounter in the Defence area of Karachi.
During interrogation, a co-accused, Shiraz, revealed that Armaghan had first attacked Mustafa at a bungalow and then placed his body in the trunk of his own car. They took the car to Hub, where Armaghan set the vehicle on fire after dousing it with petrol.
Yesterday, the Sindh High Court handed over Armaghan Ghazi, the prime suspect in Mustafa's murder case, to the police on a four-day physical remand.
