The PTI chief Khan says his party’s fight is for independence, and the entire country must prepare for ‘Haqiqi Azadi.'


Imran Khan, the chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party and former prime minister, criticized Nawaz Sharif, the supremo of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), during an iftar gathering with party workers at Zaman Park in Islamabad.
According to the reports, Khan accused Sharif of being a coward, stating that a coward cannot become a leader like Nawaz Sharif.
Khan went on to discuss his views on Islam and how he learned everything from his life. He added that Allah Almighty provides inner freedom to individuals and that justice provides freedom to society. Khan then praised the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for bringing a revolution that has not been seen anywhere else in the world. He cited examples of the Battle of Badr and Khalid Bin Waleed’s leadership, stating that only free people stand for freedom and not slaves.
Khan also spoke about the ongoing political situation and emphasized that the PTI's fight is for independence, and the entire country must prepare for ‘Haqiqi Azadi.'

He stated that the facilitators have imposed a gang of thieves, assuming that the people of Pakistan are slaves. Furthermore, Khan addressed the arrest of senior party leader Ali Amin Gandapur, saying that it was done to send a message that the people of Pakistan are not slaves.
Khan compared the current political situation with the people of Kufa, who did not support Imam Hussain out of fear of Yazid, stating that a coward cannot become a leader like Nawaz Sharif.
