Karachi: Karachi Police Authorities uncover drug and banned substance supply in schools and restaurants in Karachi.
According to a confidential report received by the Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP), the supply of artificial drugs and narcotics is taking place among underage boys, girls, and students.
IGP Sindh, Ghulam Nabi Memon, taking strict actions against the supply of drugs in schools and restaurants, has issued immediate instructions to the Special Branch Sindh for the immediate surveillance of such institutions.
IGP Memon stated that the Additional IG Special Branch should carry out intelligence-based operations to identify those involved in the supply of artificial drugs and narcotics.
The Zonal DIGs and Special Branches should establish coordination mechanisms to eradicate these elements.
Additionally, IGP Sindh has issued an official communiqué regarding this matter, emphasizing the need for strict action against those involved in the supply of drugs and banned substances.
