Clash between Attock jail staff and Chairman PTI's lawyers
According to the FIR, Imran Khan's lawyers tore the uniform of Head Warrant Abrar Khan during the quarrel with jail staff.
Attock: A case has been registered against two lawyers of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan for scuffling with the staff of Attock Jail.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), Imran Khan's lawyers Sher Afzal Khan and Umair Khan Niazi also tore the uniform of Head Warrant Abrar Khan during the quarrel with the jail staff.
The FIR further stated that when the lawyers were informed about the jail lock-up on the jail picket, the lawyers got angry and started scuffling with the jail staff.
Other provisions including serious threats have been added in the FIR against the lawyers of Chairman PTI.
Notably, the local court of Islamabad convicted Imran Khan in Tosha Khana case and sentenced him to three years in prison and a fine of Rs100,000 after which he was arrested from his residence in Lahore and transferred to Attock Jail.
