In the Ghawar Kala area of Malakand, unidentified assailants shot and killed a woman and her two sons in a property dispute, and the culprits managed to escape after the act.
According to police authorities, the victims and the culprits are close relatives, and a long-standing property dispute had been ongoing between the two parties.
On the other hand, the relatives of the deceased have initiated a protest by placing the bodies on GT Road.
This action has led to the closure of the city's main highway, causing severe traffic disruptions and adding to the challenges faced by travelers due to the intense heat.
The relatives have stated that the road will remain blocked for all kinds of traffic until the culprits are apprehended and their house is sealed.
Negotiations are underway between the administration and the protesters to resolve the situation."
