ATC rejects Qureshi's interim bail in Khanna police station cases
Judge Abul Hasnat also canceled both the petitions of lawyer Ali Bukhari.
Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Friday rejected Shah Mahmood Qureshi's interim bail in the cases registered in Khanna police station.
According to details, Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC issued the protective verdict.
He also dismissed Shah Mehmood's bail due to his absence. Judge Abul Hasnat also canceled both the petitions of lawyer Ali Bukhari.
The lawyer had filed applications for exemption from attendance and summoning of Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Former Foreign Minister Qureshi was sent to jail on 14-day judicial remand after his physical remand ended in Cypher case yesterday.
Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mahmood was produced in the court after completion of two-day physical remand in cypher case.
