After the reduction in sugar prices, one kg of sugar in Lahore has become of Rs166.

Lahore: The prices of sugar started to decrease in different cities of the country, reportedly.
According to the media reports, the sugar price lowered in Lahore by 10 rupees, in Balochistan by Rs5 and in Peshawar by Rs1.
After the reduction in sugar prices, one kg of sugar in Lahore has become of Rs166, in Peshawar for Rs180, in Karachi for Rs190 and in Chaman it costs Rs225.
On the other hand, despite the arrival of low cost sugar in the market, prices at sweet shops and bakeries are still high. While the price of sweets in Karachi have reached Rs1,600 per kg.
