What will happen to users who do not accept WhatsApp new policy
Every WhatsApp user has to accept the new privacy policy until May 15 or else they may lose access to the messaging App account.

Despite an immense backlash from the public, WhatsApp has upgraded their privacy policy and now the users have to share some of their data to Facebook in order to keep using WhatsApp.
Users may not be losing access to WhatsApp account immediately after the deadline but users will slowly be pushed to accept the new privacy policy by WhatsApp.
The controversial privacy policy of WhatsApp was supposed to be implemented earlier this year. However, the implementation was delayed as most of the people were not aware of the changes. Thus, WhatsApp spent time in order to aware the audience.
What happens if anyone won’t agree to the new policy?
If users don’t agree to the new WhatsApp privacy policy, then they might not be able to access certain features. At first, the users won’t be able to see the chat list however, they may still get audio and video calls. Also, the users might not be able to reply directly from the notification bar.
After a few weeks, if the users still not agree with the privacy policy, WhatsApp will completely remove the remaining functions and then the user will not be left with a choice but to agree with the privacy policy.
WhatsApp warns the users in their new privacy policy that if the users are not going to agree to it, their accounts won’t be deleted immediately, however, after 120 days, their accounts will be automatically deleted.
