Nawaz Sharif's medical report submitted in LHC
His medical report was issued by the Royal Brompton Hospital of Great Britain by consultant cardiologist Professor Carlo Di Mario.
Lahore: The medical report of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been submitted in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to details, Lawyer Amjad Pervez submitted Nawaz Sharif's medical report to the Registrar's Office.
According to the British physician's report, Nawaz Sharif still has complaints of heart disease. He needs continuous follow-up in Pakistan and London due to diabetes and other diseases, Nawaz Sharif underwent continuous checkup due to bypass surgery and angioplasty in the past.
The former prime minister's physician wrote in the report that we treated Nawaz Sharif to improve his anti-anginal therapy. The leader of the Muslim League-N was prevented from going to Pakistan due to the symptoms of angina and the Corona epidemic. As his symptoms worsened, we decided to repeat his angioplasty.
It has been further stated in the report that Nawaz Sharif's angioplasty was done in November 2022, during which stents were also implanted in his heart.
It is pertinent to note that medical report of the former prime minister was issued by the Royal Brompton Hospital of Great Britain by consultant cardiologist Professor Carlo Di Mario.
