The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) has adopted a resolution condemning Israel’s massacres and called on for an immediate halt to Israel’s barbaric attacks on Gaza and blamed “systematic crimes” against the Palestinians for hostilities.

At the request of Saudi Arabia, the OIC held a virtual meeting on the situation in Palestine and "strongly condemns the Israeli atrocities in the Occupied Palestinian Territories."
The forum has demanded Israel to immediately end its assaults on the Palestinian territories and public.
The OIC statement came after a virtual meeting in which Saudi Arabia condemned the violation of the sanctity of Muslim holy sites and evictions of Palestinians from their homes in East Jerusalem.
The 57-member body accused the United Nations Security Council of inertia.
The OIC statement called on Israel to stop desecrating all holy sites, including the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and for the Security Council to take immediate action to stop Israeli barbarism.
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates called for a ceasefire. The UAE and Bahrain had along with other Arab states last year broken a longstanding taboo in the region by establishing formal ties with Israel, with tacit approval from Gulf power Riyadh.
"De-escalation and the highest degree of restraint are important to avoid dragging the region to new levels of instability," said UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation Reem al-Hashimy.
Earlier, a meeting of the Security Council was postponed by the United States and Israel took advantage of this to carry out more bombings in Gaza and wreak havoc.
Protests against Israeli aggression continue around the world. In London, large numbers of pro-Palestinian protesters took to the streets, holding Palestinian flags, marching on the marble arch and marching towards the Israeli embassy.
More than 1.5 million people took part in a pro-Palestinian demonstration in London, calling for an Israeli boycott.
It should be noted that last week, during the Friday prayers, the Israeli army entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque and injured more than 300 worshipers, after which clashes have continued.
