Islamabad: Pakistan is presently experiencing the third wave of coronavirus which is said to be deadlier and more contagious than previous two waves.

According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 3,232 cases of coronavirus were reported while 74 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 19,617.
The total number of cases has reached 880,362.
As many as 792,4522 patients have recovered from the disease with 4,443critical cases.
Punjab
The number of patients swelled to 327,362 in the province with 9,411 causalities.
Sindh
The number of infections has surged to 299,194 in the province, while the death toll has reached 4,801.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The confirmed cases have surged to 127,038 in the province with 3,786 casualties.
Balochistan
There are 23,866 confirmed cases while 267 patients have died from the infection so far.
AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan
There are 18,258 coronavirus cases in the AJK while the death toll has reached 514. On the other hand, there are 5,423 cases in GB with 107 coronavirus deaths.
Islamabad
There are 79,221 cases in the capital city while 731 people have lost their lives.
