CM Naqvi pays tribute to great sacrifice of martyred police officer Ashraf Marth
Martyred Ashraf Marth was the first police officer of Police Service of Pakistan who embraced martyrdom due to target killing of terrorists.


Lahore: Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a visit to Mandi Bahauddin today and laid a floral wreath at the grave of martyred SSP Ashraf Marth at Sagharpur a suburb village of Syed Pur.
CS Zahdi Akhtar Zaman and IG Police Dr. Usman Anwar also accompanied CM. The chief secretary and IGP also laid flowers at the grave of martyred police officer Ashraf Marth. CM Mohsin Naqvi offered Fateha for the salvation of martyred SSP Ashraf Marth. A smart turned out police contingent gave a salute to the martyred police officer Ashraf Marth. CM while paying tribute to the great sacrifice of martyred police officer Ashraf Marth stated that the police officer Ashraf Marth attained the exalted rank of martyrdom.
Martyred Ashraf Marth was the first police officer of Police Service of Pakistan who embraced martyrdom due to target killing of terrorists. CM stated that the martyred Ashraf Marth is alive in our hearts and will always remain so. The immortal sacrifice laid down by the martyred Ashraf Marth will never be forgotten.
