Outlawed TTP terrorist arrested in Karachi
Officials said that the arrested accused also martyred three soldiers.

Karachi: Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Karachi arrested a terrorist of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) while conducting an operation in Old Vegetable Market.
According to the CTD officials, the accused was identified as Izat Man son of Asfand Yar Khan, who is also involved in the attack on the house of former federal minister Afzal Lala.
Officials said that the arrested accused also martyred three soldiers while the accused confessed to attacking several army cantonments including the police station.
CTD officials said that a large number of weapons and ammunition have also been recovered from the possession of Izzat Man.
