Meanwhile, a plea was filed by Fawad to appear in the court without handcuffs and his lawyer argued that Fawad is a lawyer of the Supreme Court (SC) and he has been a minister, so he should not be handcuffed, the judge said that do all these things make Fawad above the rest of the prisoners?
The lawyer said that Fawad Chaudhry sometimes presented with his face covered and sometimes with handcuffs, he is on media headlines these days, all this is done to humiliate him, handcuffs are used for humiliation in the subcontinent.
On this, the judge said that I will look into the matter and pass an adequate order.
