ASF personnel foiled the smuggling attempt by recovering 592 grams of heroin during a manual search of the suspected goods.
Faisalabad: Airports Security Force (ASF) staff arrested a Dubai-bound passenger from Faisalabad Airport while conducting an operation and recovered heroin from his possession.
According to the spokesman, when he arrived at Faisalabad Airport for flight to Dubai, a passenger named Muhammad Irshad skillfully concealed the ice heroin in aluminum rods placed at the bottom of his bag.
ASF personnel foiled the smuggling attempt by recovering 592 grams of heroin during a manual search of the suspected goods.
The accused has been handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) authorities for further legal action along with the recovered drugs after initial investigation.
