Over 25,000 women, kids killed in Gaza, says US
The US Secretary of Defense confirmed that more than 25,000 women and children have been killed in Gaza since October 7 as a result of Israeli attacks.
Washington DC: The United States defense minister said that more than 25,000 women and children have been killed in Gaza so far.
US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was attending a congressional hearing in which Congressman Ro Khanna asked him about the Palestinians killed as a result of Israeli attacks in Gaza.
The US Secretary of Defense confirmed that more than 25,000 women and children have been killed in Gaza since October 7 as a result of Israeli attacks.
Later Congress member Ro Khanna stated in the press conference that the transfer of any kind of arms and ammunition to Israel is a violation of international laws.
The congressman added that Defense Minister Lloyd Austin has not been able to provide data on how much military equipment the United States has transferred to Israel so far.
The Congress member continued to say that according to him, more than 21,000 military equipment have been provided to Israel.
In this regard, the US Secretary of Defense said: ‘I expect that when we provide war equipment to our allies, they will use it in retaliation’.
