Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Friday accepted the pre-arrest bail application of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur in the judicial complex vandalism case.

During the hearing in the ATC, Ali Amin's lawyer Raja Zahoor argued that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader is named in the First Information Report (FIR), but he has no role as he was not present at the time, 50 FIRs have been filed against him. The Chief Minister was not even allowed to reach the court.
After listening to the arguments of the lawyer, the court accepted the pre-arrest bail request of Chief Minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur against a surety bond of Rs50,000.
