Lahore: The Lahore high court (LHC) has summoned updated report regarding the new law of price control from Punjab government.
According to the details, a plea heard in LHC against the inflation in the country. The federal government’s lawyer appeared in court.
The court remarked that the old law of price control was diminished and now this matter is running without any law.
Government’s lawyer replied that to control price is the responsibility of Punjab government.
On which the applicant stated that the government is completely failed to control the inflation across the country.
Later then the court asked the Punjab government to submit a report.
