Price of petrol is likely to increase by Rs3.15 per liter


Islamabad: The prices of petroleum products are likely to increase by up to Rs4 per liter in Pakistan.
According to the details, the price of petrol is likely to increase by Rs3.15 per liter, while the price of diesel is likely to increase by up to Rs3.20.
Similarly, the prices of kerosene are expected to increase by up to Rs 4 per liter.
The fluctuations in crude oil prices were seen in the global market. The final decision on the prices of petroleum products will be taken on November 30.
The Ministry of Petroleum will send a working paper to the Ministry of Finance and Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb will announce the new prices in consultation with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
It is pertinent to note that the federal government last time decided to maintain the prices of petrol and diesel until December 1.
At present, the price of per liter petrol is Rs248.38, while the price of high-speed diesel is Rs255.14 per liter. Light diesel oil is available at Rs147.51 and kerosene oil at Rs161.54 per liter.
