UAE government had objections to fake verification of documents


Islamabad: Pakistanis are facing severe difficulties in obtaining visas to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). One of the reasons for the difficulties was complaints of Pakistanis submitting fake documents in the UAE.
The government of Pakistan has decided to take major steps to address the concerns of the United Arab Emirates.
It has been reported that a proposal to establish a one-window operation for verification of all documents is being considered which will be managed by NADRA. The verification of educational documents could also be done online.
QR codes will be placed on diplomas and certificates to facilitate verification of documents. The UAE government had objections to the fake verification of documents. The UAE government has also been informed of the measures.
